New England Carpentry does really top-notch, dependable work. Gil strikes me as someone very knowledgeable and experienced in all carpentry-related matters, as well as other aspects of construction. He is also good at solving problems and great at communicating, including responding quickly, having the patience to answer lots of questions, and can explain things in a way that someone (like myself) who knows nothing about carpentry and construction can understand. New England Carpentry designed and installed an access hatch to allow me to access the attic in my garage. They also repaired the molding and metal trim surrounding my garage door, which had been severely damaged from a run-in with my car. When I first contacted New England Carpentry, Gil responded quickly and made time right away to come out and give me an estimate. He bid out the work at a very reasonable rate and his crew got the job done right the first time around.
